FM110 Explosion-proof turbine flow sensor

Inside the turbine flow sensor, there is a turbine (rotor) that has been precisely dynamically balanced and calibrated, with its axis parallel to the direction of fluid flow. When the fluid flows through the sensor pipe, it will impact the turbine blades. According to the principles of fluid dynamics, the fluid exerts a driving torque on the blade, which overcomes mechanical frictional resistance, fluid viscous resistance, etc., causing the turbine to start rotating.

-High precision

- Excellent repeatability

- Fast response speed

- Wide measurement range (wide range ratio)

-The signal output has strong compatibility and is convenient for data processing

- Compact structure and low pressure loss

    Product Applications

    I. Oil and Gas Industry

This is the largest and most core application field of explosion-proof turbine flow sensors, running through the entire industrial chain.

    Upstream mining

Crude oil measurement: The crude oil extracted is measured at the wellhead and the measurement station. Crude oil itself and its associated gases (such as methane) are both flammable and explosive substances.

Natural gas metering: Measuring the raw natural gas extracted, including well gas and gas from gathering and transportation pipelines.

    Midstream storage and transportation

Pipeline transportation metering: At the beginning and end stations and distribution stations of long-distance pipelines, the trade handover metering of crude oil, refined oil products and natural gas is carried out, which requires extremely high accuracy and reliability.

Liquefied natural gas (LNG)/liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) measurement: It is used in LNG receiving terminals, liquefaction plants, and refueling stations to measure cryogenic liquid LNG or LPG. Special attention should be paid to the material's ability to withstand low temperatures.

Shipping/vehicle loading and unloading: At the wharf and loading wharf, measure the loading and unloading of oil tankers, railway tank cars and road tank cars.

    Downstream refining and chemical industry

Raw material incoming measurement: The measurement of raw materials such as crude oil and naphtha entering oil refineries and chemical plants.

Process control: In complex production facilities, the flow rate of various intermediate products (such as light naphtha, benzene, propylene, etc.) is precisely controlled and monitored to ensure reaction efficiency and product quality.

Factory measurement of refined oil products: Conducting factory trade measurement for final products such as gasoline, diesel, and aviation kerosene.

    Ii. Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry

The chemical industry is filled with a wide variety of flammable, explosive and toxic raw materials and products.

Measurement of organic chemicals: such as ethylene, propylene, methanol, toluene, acetone and other basic chemical raw materials.

Fine chemicals: In the production processes of coatings, dyes, resins, fragrances, etc., measure the flow of various solvents (such as ethanol, ethyl acetate) and liquid monomers.

In the pharmaceutical industry, a large amount of flammable and explosive solvents such as alcohol, acetone and ether are used in the production process of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Explosion-proof turbine flowmeters are used for the precise proportioning and feeding of these solvents.

Measurement of gas raw materials: such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, alkynes and other flammable and explosive gases.

Iii. Urban Gas and Energy Sector

Industrial and commercial gas metering: Provide high-precision trade settlement metering for major natural gas consumers such as large factories, hotels, and commercial complexes.

Gas pressure regulating stations and gate stations: At the entrances and key nodes of urban gas pipeline networks, they measure and monitor the natural gas from long-distance pipelines.

Compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling stations: In CNG/LNG refueling stations, rapid and accurate measurement and pricing are carried out when refueling vehicles.

    Iv. Other industrial fields

Aerospace: It is used to measure the refueling and testing processes of aircraft and rocket fuels (such as aviation kerosene and hydrazine fuels).

Military industry: Fuel supply and metering systems for various military vehicles, ships and equipment.

Laboratory and test platform: It is used for precise flow data collection in scientific research and high-standard testing where explosive environments need to be simulated or the performance of flammable media needs to be tested.
