Flow sensor
Monitor the circulation flow of the oil in the hydraulic system, determine the working condition of the oil pump and whether the pipelines are blocked, and ensure the smooth operation of the actuating components (such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors).
In the lubrication system, measure the flow of lubricating oil to ensure that the friction parts of the equipment (such as bearings and gears) are fully lubricated and reduce wear.
Pressure sensor
In the hydraulic system, monitor the pressure of the main oil circuit and the branch oil circuit to prevent damage to components due to excessively high pressure or insufficient power due to excessively low pressure.
In the lubrication system, monitor the oil supply pressure to ensure that the lubricating oil can overcome resistance and reach the lubrication point, especially for long-distance or high-load equipment.
Temperature sensor
Measure the temperature of the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. When it is too high, start the cooling system (such as the radiator and cooling fan) to prevent the viscosity of the oil from decreasing and its performance from deteriorating.
Judge the friction state of the equipment through temperature changes. Abnormal temperature rise may indicate component wear or poor lubrication, and issue timely warnings.
Liquid level sensor
Monitor the liquid levels in the hydraulic oil tank and lubricating oil tank. When they are too low, remind to replenish oil to prevent the oil pump from being sucked empty and causing cavitation damage.
In some systems, the presence of oil leakage faults is indirectly determined through changes in liquid level, thereby enhancing system reliability.
