Product Overview
The LS283 capacitive level switch is an intelligent sensor based on the capacitance measurement principle, specifically designed for industrial liquid level monitoring. Its core probe is made of high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant PEEK material, combined with stainless steel 304 process connection, which can withstand medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to 85°C. It is suitable for harsh environments such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries. The sensor precisely determines the liquid level status by detecting the change in capacitance value between the probe and the reference ground (such as the metal tank wall). When the medium covers the probe, the dielectric constant changes, causing a change in capacitance. The built-in microprocessor amplifies, filters, and linearizes the signal, and converts it into a set PNP/NPN switch output. The response time is less than 100ms. The product is equipped with a high-brightness LED digital display, which shows the current liquid level value or set parameters in real time. Through the panel buttons, the switch point, hysteresis (default 0.5%), and output mode (normally open/normally closed) can be conveniently adjusted. The integrated injection-molded housing has an IP67 protection level, with built-in anti-reverse, overload, and short-circuit protection, and provides M12x1 connectors for quick connection.
