LS520 Electronic static pressure liquid level sensor

The LS520 series uses static pressure technology sensors for liquid level measurement. The signals are processed by the post-processing circuit and then converted into standard industrial electrical signals for output and display. Static pressure is the atmospheric pressure formed inside the float. The rise or fall of the liquid level will cause a linear change in pressure.

    1. Water treatment and environmental protection industry

    Application scenarios

    Waterworks/pumping stations: Liquid level monitoring and control of clear water reservoirs, water storage tanks and filter tanks.

    Sewage treatment plant: Measurement of liquid level difference before and after the grid, monitoring of liquid level in aeration tank, sedimentation tank and sludge storage tank.

    Pump control: Directly control the start and stop of submersible pumps or centrifugal pumps to prevent dry running (at low liquid level) and overflow (at high liquid level).

    Water quality monitoring station: Integrated into online monitoring equipment (such as COD and ammonia nitrogen analyzers), it measures the liquid level of the sampled water sample.
