Product Applications
I. Mechanical Equipment
1. Injection molding machine
Application points: Cavity pressure monitoring, injection screw pressure control, holding pressure control.
Function
Ensure product quality: By real-time monitoring of the melt pressure inside the mold cavity, ensure that each product is formed under the same process conditions, reduce defects such as material shortage and flash, and achieve lean production.
2. Metalworking machine tools (such as stamping machines, die-casting machines) :
Application points: Monitoring of working pressure in hydraulic systems, overload protection, and pressure control for clutches/brakes.
Function
Overload protection: Real-time monitoring of the main cylinder pressure. When the pressure exceeds the safety threshold, the machine will immediately stop to prevent damage to the mold and equipment.
Process control: Ensure that the injection force during the die-casting process is precisely controllable to guarantee the density of the castings.
3. Packaging machinery
Application points: Heat sealing pressure control, filling pressure control.
Function: Ensure that the packaging seal is tight and the filling volume is accurate.
4. Industrial robots
Application point: Force feedback control of robot grippers (grippers).
Function: By monitoring the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure of the grasping mechanism, precise control of the grasping force is achieved, which can firmly grasp the workpiece without damaging precision parts (such as glass and electronic components) due to excessive force.
Ii. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Devices
1. Hydraulic system
Application points: Pump outlet pressure, main oil circuit pressure, pilot control pressure, inlet and outlet pressure of actuator (cylinder).
Function
Pump load control and protection: Monitor the pump outlet pressure to achieve constant pressure control or load sensitive control, prevent the pump from being in a high-pressure overflow state for a long time, and save energy. It will automatically unload or shut down when the pressure is too high.
System status diagnosis: By analyzing the fluctuations and values of the main oil circuit pressure, it is determined whether the filter is clogged, whether the valve is stuck, and whether the actuator is overloaded.
2. Pneumatic system:
Application points: Outlet pressure of air compressor, pressure of air storage tank, working pressure of pneumatic circuit.
Function
Automatic start-stop control of compressors: This is the most common application. When the pressure in the gas storage tank drops below the lower limit, the compressor starts and stops when it reaches the upper limit to maintain the stability of the system pressure.
Pneumatic actuator control: Precisely control the pressure of the cylinder and pneumatic motor, thereby controlling their output force and speed.
Iii. Locomotive (Rail Transit and Automotive Engineering)
1. Rail transit (trains, high-speed railways) :
Application points
Braking system: Monitor the pressure of the main air cylinder and brake cylinder to ensure braking distance and safety.
Bogie control: Monitors the pressure of the air spring for the level adjustment of the vehicle body.
Engine/Traction system: Oil pressure and fuel pressure monitoring.
Door system: Monitors the sealing pressure when the door is closed to ensure airtightness. 2. Automotive Engineering

Engine Management System
