Flow sensor
It is used in the steam turbine cooling system to monitor the flow of cooling water, ensuring that the unit operates at an appropriate temperature and avoiding overheating damage.
In the boiler feed water system, real-time monitoring of feed water flow, combined with water level control, ensures the safe and stable operation of the boiler and prevents dry burning or full water accidents.
Pressure sensor
It is installed on the boiler drum, main steam pipeline and other parts to monitor the steam pressure. When the pressure exceeds the set value, it triggers an alarm to ensure the stability of the system pressure.
In a hydraulic control system, monitor the pressure of the hydraulic oil to ensure the normal operation of actuators such as valves and baffles.
Temperature sensor
Measure the temperature of the stator and rotor windings of the generator as well as the bearing temperature to prevent insulation aging or equipment damage caused by overheating.
Monitor the furnace temperature of the boiler and the outlet temperature of the superheater to provide data support for combustion adjustment and steam parameter control.
Liquid level sensor
It is used for monitoring the liquid level in the boiler drum and is one of the core parameters for the safe operation of the boiler. It regulates the feed water flow through liquid level feedback to maintain a stable liquid level.
In the hot well of the condenser, monitor the condensate water level to ensure the normal operation of the steam turbine vacuum system.
