PS480 Digital pressure relay

The PS480 series digital pressure relay adopts a high-precision diffused silicon measuring core and features an all-electronic structure. It can accurately and in real time measure pressure and has the advantages of high precision and long-term stability. The operation is simple and convenient, installation is easy, and the product is flexible to use. Its shell is made of 304 stainless steel, with a stable structure and strong shock resistance.     Product Applications

    1.Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

    Hydraulic system: It is used for overload protection, sequential action control, and unloading control (unloading the high-flow pump when the pressure is reached).

    Pneumatic system: Controls the start and stop of the air compressor to maintain the pressure in the air storage tank. It serves as a sequential control signal in pneumatic circuits.

    2. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (HVAC/R

    As a high and low pressure controller, it monitors the pressure of the refrigerant. When the pressure is abnormally high (condenser failure) or too low (refrigerant leakage), the power supply to the compressor will be automatically cut off to ensure the safety of the compressor.

    3. Industrial pumps and compressors

    Water pumps: Automatic start and stop control of towerless water supply devices and booster pumps.

    Air compressors: Almost all small air compressors use pressure relays (pressure switches) to automatically control start and stop.

    Vacuum pump: When the preset vacuum degree is reached, the pump will automatically stop.

    Machine tool: Monitor the pressure of the lubrication system to ensure that the spindle can only be started after the lubrication pressure is normal.
