Air volume monitoring and control in aeration tanks
Application scenario: In the wastewater treatment process, the aeration tank needs to supply oxygen through forced air to maintain the activity of microorganisms.
Function: Measure the pressure difference before and after the aeration pipeline through a differential pressure sensor, calculate the air volume in combination with the flow formula, and adjust the fan speed in real time to ensure that the oxygen supply volume matches the sewage load.
Monitoring of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the feed water pump
The feed water pump is used to supply water to the boiler. It is necessary to monitor the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to determine the operating status of the pump.
Function: A sudden drop in pressure difference may indicate pump cavitation or pipeline blockage, while a sudden increase may indicate abnormal valve closure.
