TS500 Electronic Digital Display Temperature Sensor (Switch)

The TS500 uses high-precision platinum resistance for temperature measurement. The signal is processed by the post-processing circuit and then converted into a standard industrial electrical signal for output and display. It adopts a metal casing design and is equipped with high-brightness LED digital display, making this series of products suitable for various industrial occasions. The three-button design and menu make the product more convenient to use. Multiple connection methods can fully meet various specific installation requirements. The display head that can rotate 330° ensures the best viewing Angle under different installation methods.

    1.HVAC and Building Automation

    Application scenarios

    Indoor environmental temperature monitoring: Measure the temperature of rooms in offices, shopping malls and hotels, and use it as an input signal for the building automation system to automatically adjust the cold and hot water valves or air valves at the air conditioning terminals.

    Air duct/water pipe temperature measurement: Detect the air temperature of supply air and return air, as well as the supply and return water temperatures of chilled water and cooling water, for system energy-saving control and equipment protection.

    Chiller/heat pump control: Monitor the temperature of the evaporator and condenser to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the unit.

    Plastic machinery: Precise control of the barrel temperature of injection molding machines and extruders is the key to ensuring product quality.

    Application scenarios

    Heat pump system: Precise measurement of the temperatures on the water source side, ground source side and heating side is the core of the optimized control of the heat pump energy efficiency ratio (COP).

    Solar thermal system: Monitor the temperature of the collector and the water storage tank, and intelligently control the start and stop of the circulating pump.

    Thermal management of battery energy storage systems (BESS) : Monitor the ambient temperature of key points such as battery packs and PCS cabinets to start cooling fans or heaters. Note: Inside the battery compartment, due to the potential risk of hydrogen gas release from the battery, an explosion-proof type may be required. However, in external electrical cabinets or environmental monitoring, non-explosion-proof types can be applied.

    Central air conditioning cooling tower control: Automatically start and stop the fan based on water temperature to achieve energy conservation.
