Flow sensor
In the water transmission pipelines of waterworks, the flow of raw water and clear water is monitored to measure and regulate the water transmission efficiency.
During the sewage treatment process, monitor the sludge return flow and the dosage of chemicals to ensure the stable operation of the treatment process.
Pressure sensor
It is installed on the outlet pipe of the water pump to monitor the water supply pressure. The speed of the water pump is adjusted through frequency conversion control to achieve constant pressure water supply.
At the inlet and outlet of the filtration equipment (such as reverse osmosis membranes), monitor the pressure difference to determine the clogging condition of the filter element and promptly remind for replacement.
Temperature sensor
Monitor the temperature of the water treatment reaction tank and provide parameter support for chemical reactions that require temperature control, such as disinfection and sedimentation.
In heating or cooling systems, control the water temperature within an appropriate range to enhance processing efficiency (such as in high-temperature sterilization processes).
Liquid level sensor
It is used for liquid level monitoring in sedimentation tanks, clear water tanks, sewage tanks, etc., to prevent overflow due to excessively high liquid level or equipment idling due to excessively low liquid level.
In the chemical storage tank, monitor the liquid level of the chemical and promptly remind to replenish it to avoid affecting the treatment process.
